Pablo E. Aponte-Rojas is an Associate at Brown Law, PLLC where he practices federal immigration law. He focuses on removal defense and appeals with the Board of Immigration Appeals. Over the course of his career, Pablo has handled a wide variety of Immigration Court cases working with many prosecutors and judges in various Immigration Courts representing immigrants with diverse legal needs and different types of cases.
Pablo is knowledgeable about the intricacies of the court system and enjoys finding honest and legally creative solutions to his client’s legal needs. Prior to joining Brown Law, PLLC, Pablo was an associate at Jimenez, Graffam & Lausell and Adsuar, Muñiz, Goyco, Seda & Perez-Ochoa – two of the most prestigious law firms in Puerto Rico – where he focused on labor, contracts, and corporate law. This high pressure, corporate environment polished Pablo’s legal writing and advocacy skills and prepared him for his career in immigration law. Pablo is both a native English and Spanish speaker.
